I am constantly annoyed when her family calls after 9:00 PM. I try to get in bed (or in the process of getting ready to go to bed) starting at 9:00 PM most nights -- usually we don't go to sleep until 10 or after, but I don't want people calling after 9 PM. My wife, on the other hand, has no problems with people calling or her calling other people after this time. I have told her it is RUDE (impolite).
